@AvantiWestCoast I am trying to cancel a ticket that I bought for Friday 5th April that I bought BEFORE the industrial action was announced. It says on your website that tickets can be refunded, but that's not coming up as an option as I have an advance single. Please advise.

I would also be happy to change just the outbound part for another date (the return is 6th when you're not on strike), but it is saying I have to pay a £10 admin charge.
