Field day 2024 in the books! It was an awesome day! Fun was had by all from pre-K through 8th grade! The PTA volunteers were great! The staff were amazing! The kids were awesome!
Reviewed the Good Sport Code with 1st grade today. Sometimes we do activities where there’s no winner or loser and sometimes there’s competition. Thanks @thepespecialist for the poster 👍😊

A little Throwing Tag today for 3rd grade! Choose item to throw, successfully catch a predetermined number of passes, and outrun the taggers to get a math block to take back. There are several strategies to consider! 🤔
@BrandonBeb15617 Students in pairs around perimeter. Scatter pins. Each pair gets a football. Roll the fb to knock ⬇️ pins. If knocked ⬇️ bring pin back home. Collect as many as you can. The fb rolls dif so they have a lot of fun. We discuss the shape & it’s effects on the roll 🏈
Phys Ed hack: if you don’t have pool noodles or you want to try something different for a variety of games/activities, these foam pipe insulators cut to any size you like work great. We have noodles but use these for different activities. 👍
