The biggest hurdle when setting up a farm under irrigation is WATER!!!

Cost is a major hinderance in 2 major ways:
- Digging a borehole requires a sizeable investment which is steep for a new farmer
- A serviced plot is equally expensive because of the high costs of water/ltr
