On World Environment Day, we underscore this: the future grows from what we plant today.
Theme: Inspired by Nature. For Climate. For Our Future. We can’t fix everything today. But we can plant the trees in front of us. Inspired by nature. Doing our part for the climate.
What if school farms could fight hunger and teach climate resilience? That’s the mission of #GreenVanguard. Our new video shows how we’re turning fields into futures. #Farm2Feed#ClimateEducation

School meals improve student general health and well being and promote learning success. Grateful to see our Farm2Feed project at Stages School thriving and impacting via the @bankimooncentre’s support.
We joined our partner school Stages Academy, where we are implementing our Farm2Feed program to harvest peanuts from their school garden. The food will be used to complement feeding in the school!
Students at our partner school Stages Academy planting groundnut in their school garden. The food will boost student nutrition and surplus will be sold in the local market to support student health and education through our Farm2Feed model.
From the classroom to the farm!
Our students get hands-on experience with sustainable farming practices.
In the classroom, we use digital technology to help students understand climate change and impacts on agriculture and sustainable farming.
On #InternationalDayOfTheGirlChild, we sat down with first cohort @___aspire scholars. Their message is clear : “We want to be heard, not just seen. We want to lead, not just participate. We want to be allies with boys and men who amplify our voices, not silence them.”
At the #ILDay2024 celebration, I joined the other stakeholders for a plenary session on literacy. My message: It’s important we empower educators through capacity building trainings, technology integration and incentives to foster literacy in Africa's growing youth population.
I have seen it firsthand. I know the secret to unlocking the potential of a child: literacy.
It is our duty to make literacy a bridge to a brighter future for every child in Ghana and beyond. I hope you can join and support our mission at https://t.co/0yT4D2B1c2
