@scope@TowerHamletsNow@scope@TowerHamletsNow Another day, the same overflowing mess. Clothes/rubbish strewn everywhere, graffiti covering the box & walls, repeated reports seemingly ignored. This is what residents are expected to look at daily. When will someone take responsibility and sort it out?
@scope@TowerHamletsNow This is unacceptable. The Scope clothing bank on Roman Road, Tower Hamlets has become a fly-tipping dump โ furniture, bedding & clothes scattered across the pavement. Health hazard, eyesore, total neglect.
@scope@TowerHamletsNow Hi @scope@TowerHamletsNow, this really isnโt acceptable. Thereโs constant trash everywhere, people constantly scavenging through it, and the whole area looks awful. Please address this. Roman Road E2. Thank you.
@forestbike_uk@forestbike_uk All Good St / Horatio St E2 โ move your bikes! They are completely blocking the pavement, forcing pedestrians into the road. This is not normal, especially pushchairs or mobility issues. @TowerHamletsNow how is this allowed? These bikes are a public nuisance!
@forestbike_uk@TowerHamletsNow@LutfurRahmanTH@forestbike_uk All Good St/ Hackney Rd โ get your relentless bikes off our pavements! Constant dumping of bikes on public walkways is a complete nuisance! Pavements are for pedestrians, pushchairs, wheelchair users & public accessโnot as a storage yard for endless hire bikes!
@forestbike_uk@TowerHamletsNow@LutfurRahmanTH Repeatedly dumping large numbers of bikes here creates obstruction, visual clutter, and ongoing disruption for residents and pedestrians.
This has been raised multiple times already. Stop using Ravenscroft Street as your unloading / storage point!! 2/2
@forestbike_uk@TowerHamletsNow@LutfurRahmanTH@forestbike_uk Did you yet again unload bikes on Ravenscroft St E2, blocking the pavement? How many times does this need to be raised? You're obstructing public access both for pushchairs & those with mobility issues. Show responsibilityโremove them & stop using this location!
@forestbike_uk@TowerHamletsNow@LutfurRahmanTH@forestbike_uk Respond & confirm whether you're deliberately unload bikes on Ravenscroft St despite being aware that this is not a suitable location? This is causing obstruction & creating an unacceptable environment. Move the bikes immediately & don't unload on this street again
@TowerHamletsNow@LutfurRahmanTH Residents around Old Bethnal Green Rd E2 /Middleton Green are dealing with constant fly-tipping, litter and overflowing rubbish on public pavements, not occasionally, but virtually every single day. 1/3
@CllrSirajIslam@CllrRebaka
@TowerHamletsNow@LutfurRahmanTH This is a persistent problem that residents report repeatedly, yet it continues. Have can it be that in a modern city, businesses and residents do not have adequate efficient waste disposal system?
@CllrSirajIslam@CllrRebaka 2/3
@eastendertom@TowerHamletsNow@TowerHamletsNow Iโve reported this multiple times on your app but the park entrance remains in poor condition. Ongoing pigeon infestation & overgrown trees have left bare ground, droppings & a persistent foul smell. This is not an acceptable standard for a park. It's off-putting
@forestbike_uk@TowerHamletsNow@LutfurRahmanTH A question @forestbike_uk โ are your bikes being deliberately unloaded on Ravencrofts Road despite this being an area that has been reported multiple times? The number of bikes there is causing disruption and blocking the pavement, making it difficult and unsafe for pedestrians.
@CllrMarcFrancis @TH_Labour@CllrSirajIslam@TowerHamletsNow There appears to be limited oversight and guidance for proper waste disposal, leading to commercial and household rubbish being left on pavements. A more coordinated, proactive approach would improve cleanliness and safety for the community.
@CllrMarcFrancis @TH_Labour@CllrSirajIslam@TowerHamletsNow Old Bethnal Green Road faces ongoing waste issues. Many dispose of rubbish responsibly, but collections donโt match the areaโs density.
Also spotted in Sweden, bins often include a separate section for cigarette butts, helping reduce litter around them.
@TowerHamletsNow@eastendertom@LutfurRahmanTH The โ24 hoursโ message on one of your trucks today - it's difficult to reconcile with the current situation on the ground. Residents are making an effort to report issues responsibly, yet reports are repeatedly closed with automated responses & no visible action. @_callummurphy_
@TowerHamletsNow@eastendertom@LutfurRahmanTH 1/2 Despite multiple reports via the Find it, Fix it app, the litter, rubbish and overflowing bins remain unaddressed. This is a recurring issue, not an isolated case, and the overall standard of street cleanliness in Bethnal Green is consistently very poor.
