@MrsGeekyLatina @TheSimsDirect With ‘testingchests’ enabled, shift-click your mail box and you should see “instant repeal NAP” option. This only works in your neighbourhood though.

You can also turn off NPC voting in the Game Settings. Only your active household(s) can vote on NAPs.
