@TrackCoachJones Depends on the athlete: 200/400 athlete we never run more than 320m at a time. We will do some split 450s but it’s 300 - 90 second rest - 150.
We focus on speed development and improving their 200m time.
400/800 is a different beast.

Greenback Track is at Towanda Circle today for Regionals: Congratulations to the Current Qualifiers from Pratt:
Rasmussen 1st in HJ, Hoover 2nd in Shot Put, Winsor 3rd in 110s, Blankenship 4th in Javelin! The meet continues....

Pratt Track is at McPherson today. Rasmussen, Helfrich and Windsor are all winners so far. Kaitlyn jumped 5’1” to claim the High Jump! Sian and Brett both set season bests in the 300 Hurdles with 46.9 and 39.8 respectively!

Pratt Track is at Ellsworth today! Greenback winners up to now: Brett Winsor who won LJ with a new meet record of 22-8. Blankenship and Fernandez went 1st and 2nd in the javelin. Cox won the 100. Finally, on the Girls side, Hoeme has won the girls 3200. Great job so far!

Another Pratt Track Update: Helfrich and Winsor swept the 300 Hurdles tonight with season PRs of 48.2 and 40.5! Helfrich came back to win the 200 in another PR of 26.3. Great effort!
