Last night, a DUI driver crashed into a home on Elm Ave after a pursuit. The 19-year-old driver, Fredy Najera, fled but was caught. Thankfully, no one was hurt. Stay vigilant and report reckless 9or suspected DUI driving! #GreenfieldPD #CommunitySafety

This morning on Walnut Ave, a crash between a Honda and a Jeep led to the Jeep rolling over. The Jeep driver, who was buckled up, walked away unharmed. The Honda driver was at fault.

A DUI/DL Checkpoint will take place within city limits on June 20th from 6 to 10 PM.

Impaired driving includes alcohol, meds, & drugs. First-time DUI fines average $13,500, plus license suspension.

This checkpoint is funded by the CHP Cannabis Tax Grant. #GreenfieldPD

Tuesday night, officers stopped a vehicle on Oak Ave driven by Henry Ruben Ramirez. He showed signs of intoxication, refused sobriety tests, and was arrested. Search revealed a loaded ghost Glock, magazines, ammo, a sword, and masks. Ramirez faces felony charges. #GreenfieldPD
