I donโt know who needs to hear this but when Paul Robeson, the great American movie star, singer, and activist, met with British miners, and he sang Joe Hill, it went like this ...
@WWOOFUK@BBCFarmingToday@CountryTrust Thanks! We were pretty damn excited too! Great that the importance of education and hands-on farm experiences got air time
Heard about the #WWOOF host driving from west Wales to the #GoodFoodGoodFarming march in London on Saturday by #tractor?

Thanks @WWOOFUK! We love our wwoofers, and the farm wouldn't be what it is today without the amazing energy, joy and sheer hard work of hundreds of wonderful wwoofers over the last 15 years.
Live and learn in 2023 with @GreengrowCoop who are fabulous #WWOOF hosts in Beccles, Suffolk.

We're so excited. @keithdoesthings adapted the wonderful old bean thresher of @Hodmedods so it works! It used to smash 30% of the beans, but a bit of nifty adaptation with a piece of rubber, hey presto!! near no smashing and all our beans threshed in one morning
@Sally4Green Love Ambo - cracking potato that keeps so well we're still putting it in boxes at the end of April. We're harvesting ours Thursday and fingers crossed they're as well sized as yours!
@brightabyss We have the same problem. We end up harvesting early (when the kernels are still green, normally in mid-August) to try and beat the squirrels, and then leaving them to dry and ripen on racks.
