Commtech Consortium LTD is owned by employees from Hamilton Harrison and Mathews (HHM), where Safaricom Chairman, Mr Adil Khawaja, is the managing partner of the law firm. More intrigues:
Commtech was incorporated on March 23, 2023. Lawyers Deborah Linet Ontiri owns 80%, and Peter Jr Okaalet owns 20%. Both lawyers work for Adil Khawaja, the Chairman of Safaricom PLC at HHM, where Mr Khawaja is the managing partner of the law firm.
