For this project we removed this customer’s solar PV & solar thermal systems, while their new roof went on, then returned to reinstall both systems when the new roof was finished, working with a local roofer to make the process seamless for the customer #Newbury #WestBerkshire

A 4.25kW system we installed in Wash Common #Newbury with 10 x Trina Solar 425W panels and a Tesla Powerwall battery. The installation also included pigeon mesh around the panels to prevent the the Wash Common doves nesting under the panels.

From 1 Feb 2024 the VAT rate for Battery Storage systems when they're retrofitted to existing PV installations will be 0%.

Previously it was 20% VAT unless installed with solar. So if you've been thinking about a Powerwall for your existing PV now's a good time to find out more
