@EricAubin141681@SirDodo@atrupar “Nazis were socialists”…I’m hearing this more and more these says from (some) Americans. I mean, wtaf is going on? Do they not have Wiki, or YouTube or TV history documentaries?
@BigBroDoeDoe@FinancialPhys Correct answer. In a line of cars, if you don’t want to overtake, leave space for those who do. Guy filming video is way too close. It’s against the law in some countries to tailgate.
@WesternDecline_@FSAPOJake@JDVance Is this a parody account? Nobody can be this stupid. Why is it people who have absolutely no clue about anything always sign off with “wake the hell up” 🤣🤣🤣
@elonmusk Seriously? Are you a 10 year old who’s just discovered what taxes are supposed to pay for? I mean wtaf? 😂 What’s your alternative plan for tax spending?
@BBCSport No space anywhere for the last few games of the men’s tennis? You’re only using two live channels of your capacity and we’re missing potentially one of the biggest moments in tennis historycoz nobody from GB is playing.
@ScarySupernova@implausibleblog I suppose that would be preferable, but it’s not really what she was getting at. Are you thinking it might be 4000 people on benefits? What if it’s pensioners who have paid their NI and want to retire here? Is that not okay?
@ScarySupernova@implausibleblog Why does that matter? Her point is that people are choosing to come here, when Lab/Tor are suggesting taxation is scaring them away. It may be anecdotal and thin on hard evidence, but then isn’t the scare story?
@CllrAndy4Ward8@supercheese @SPTcorporate @Alyrium465@GeorgeAdam@MhairiBlack@NeilBibby Might have managed to get this sorted through employer before 24th deadline. If anyone is lucky enough to have a salary sacrifice travel scheme through their work, it’s worth looking at. It’s possible that could stave off the increase for a year.
@CllrAndy4Ward8@supercheese @SPTcorporate @Alyrium465@GeorgeAdam@MhairiBlack@NeilBibby We’re in Clarkston commuting to Kelvinbridge via train and Underground. £99 at present £176 new pricing. Monthly train £83, underground £56 so £139. How is £176 “better value” according to their advertising? Okay fares have gone up while ZoneCard only went up a little, but 70%?
@CllrAndy4Ward8@supercheese @SPTcorporate @Alyrium465@GeorgeAdam@MhairiBlack@NeilBibby I’m just wondering how they came up with the pricing. Website states it offers better value for using more than one operator, but given that the majority of commuters use only two, it’s much more expensive than buying weekly or monthly for two operators.
@SPTcorporate Can you answer a question for me please? Your website states that the new card tickets offer value for money ..where customers are..travelling regularly using more than one transport mode or operator across a Zone or Zones. I can’t see how that is true.
@HMRCcustomers I had a payent plan but the first payment is missing from my tax account. I have now made all payments but it’s like collections department doesn’t know I had a repayment plan and sending me debt recover letter
