@jimcramer@davidfaber maybe the #knicks should have borrowed some of our #Boston Duck Boats. You know from all our championships parades! They could have gone down the Hudson.
@jimcramer this is how I can prove the BS about rate hikes & the “hot” jobs report was just a tantrum. The Fed raised rates 11 times, for a total increase of 5.25 percentage points. All those hikes happened between March 2022 and July 2023 — 7 in 2022 & 4 in 2023.
BREAKING: Iran has responded to the US' list of "conditions" to reach a peace deal to end the war.
Iran's conditions include:
1. Ending the war on all fronts across the Middle East
2. Lifting of US sanctions on Iran
3. Releasing of all Iranian frozen funds
4. Compensation for war damages
5. Recognition of Iran’s sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz
The US explicitly lists two of Iran's five conditions as NOT occurring in their "pre-conditions" for a deal.
BREAKING: 3 of the 4 big Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar) are discussing withdrawing from US and other investments as the toll from the war with Iran mounts, per FT.
Details Include:
1. "Budget stains" are reportedly mounting due to reduced income from energy, shipping, and tourism
2. Countries could reassess investment commitments to US
3. The move would be viewed as a "precautionary measure"
4. Moves that jeopardize US investments could "pressure" President Trump
Over $2 trillion in US investment appears to be at risk.
If you are running a program like the one crushing AI you want to sell all day and then nail the low at the close so you can say you did better than the low, or the average. That's Nvidia
It makes little sense that not long ago, NVDA investors and analysts were worried that hyperscalers would not be spending enough on Cap ex so not be buying as much from market leader, NVDA. That would drive NVDA down. Then, a sigh of relief when CapEx spending has continued unabated, But not so fast. Now the worry is that the same companies and others will not have enough $$$ to fulfil their spending plans with NVDA. So naturally, despite NVDA beating on all the metrics and guide, it drops like a stone. Makes no sense. Traders and machines are driving the stock price down based on nothing. What more does Jensen have to do? Help it make sense, Jim
If Bitcoin breaks $50K, which looks likely, it seems highly likely it will at least test $20K. That would be an 84% drop from its ATH. I know Bitcoin has done that before, but never with so much hype, leverage, institutional ownership, and market cap at stake. Sell Bitcoin now!
There is no reason the futures should be higher. This is the curse of the bulls; faux optimism based on the fed versus real pessimism based on the fundies
