@bbc it's ridiculous that councils keep cutting back on collections.
W. Sussex used to collect both weekly & now alternate weeks despite increases in council tax and pay rises for the collectors.

Yes we must develop, yes buildings get old and need replacement. But that's it, they need replacement. Worthing in the 90's was vibrant and bustling. Now it's a shell, a ghost of what it once was. As about the only decent town between Brighton and Chichester it must be protected

The situation is ridiculous! Grafton closed, high-street temporarily closed & if I recall correctly Union place is slated for development. Not tomention that Tevil Gate USED to have a multi story!

Add to that the general dissrepare of the town center (look up in Shelly Road) & the struggle shops are having against online retailers and low footfall due to parking & we're not exactly enticing tourism or even local custom. I certainly don't go to town as oftern these days.

For reference (from my understanding) the lenses block the part of the spectrum which is the overlap of excitation of for red and green cones.

Re: complaints about overly bright headlights: LEDs/LEPs don't need banning but require stricter regulation on spectrum (less blue), Lux/Lumen/Candela, and beam patterns.

Issues worsen with high SUV headlights and poorly adjusted angles, especially with loaded vehicles. Better visibility must balance against dazzling oncoming traffic, particularly on dark country roads where night vision suffers.
