@_TheBetterTwin_ Don’t set alarms. Only do it when necessary. I personally don’t have a “sleep schedule” I sleep 90 minutes at a time only when absolutely needed. That way I’m awake for multiple time zones throughout the day. Maximize your availability to maximize your success #GoldenThinker
