@DrTab3 I believe that agents would be in regards to making decisions for the NFLPA. Mainly being that a player and agent should have a team oriented relationship. Many agents may see themselves equal to or above the athlete, which creates tension and problems between the two.

@DrTab3 I believe that Judge Wilken should rule in favor of the athletes. Times have progressed and college sports are bigger than ever before. The label of amateurism is really hard to obtain when the student athletes bring in millions of dollars in revenue for their respective schools.
