I think of email as an advanced form of physical mail, but my students think of it as an archaic form of texting. This difference causes a lot of miscommunication.

@Beefshaver I'm not ungrateful for the plaza but they shouldn't take a fucking year of construction.

Average Canadian mayoral election be like

@Prominent_Bryan Lenny and Brian the Cop were supposed to be the throwaway candidates, what a timeline we’re in.

[Greg A @gregeh]

@Prominent_Bryan I would vote just for reinstating the bridge tolls. Every Fraser bridge.

If you like Pokémon, perhaps I can introduce you to another turn-based RPG with switching out, deep stat analysis, field conditions, and a whole host of oddly named and shaped little guys to choose as your comfort character. That's right, it's Baseball.

@MattBirms I’m in Hastings-Sunrise and welcome Fresh St Market which I know will be more expensive but this area needs a bigger grocery than good ol Donald’s.

Would like the COPE and Van Greens people to know that despite policy disagreements, I voted more or less the VDLC slate because I believe in the left unity experiment.

@TheChaosWeeber This Save On is the one on Grandview Highway close to Superstore. I go to Superstore more often but I'll be honest sometimes I choose to spend more at Save On because I know this location is always quiet and I can't handle the busyness of Superstore on that particular day. 😅

[Greg A @gregeh]

@cambel Eh more or less just the VDLC slate.

[Greg A @gregeh]

I chose my advanced voting station based on never having been in Templeton Secondary. It is a mix of 1920s and 1960s buildings that has been used in many TV and movie shoots. The gym has unique second floor bleachers. There was no voting wait.

The Vancouver ballot is shorter than last time but still too large for the small booths. 😅

The best, possibly only good part of this early election is that we'll be rid of Dallas Brodie.

[CTV News Vancouver @CTVVancouver]

OneBC interim Leader Dallas Brodie says she is open to election deal with Conservatives https://t.co/MZpfeNvOZA

Happy to have Science Ball back to normal

I know I don’t post here enough, here’s another pic of a #vwfc game. We learned this week that GA is getting expanded to two sections. GA is now the age of a child we’ve watched grow up.

i've spent a lot of time thinking about this
