Caleb Flynn, accused of killing his wife in their home in Tipp City on February 16 of this year, appeared in court on Thursday, March 19, in person for the first time. Flynn appeared before the judge a month after investigators found his wife, Ashley, dead. Leaving his lawyer to do most of the talking, Flynn faced new charges and bond.
On Wednesday, a Grand Jury indicted Flynn on multiple counts in connection with Ashley’s death. Those charges include one count of Aggravated Murder, three counts of Murder, two counts of Felonious Assault, three counts of Tampering with Evidence, and two counts of Intimidation of an Attorney, Victim or Witness in a Criminal Case. Judge Stacy Wall ordered a bond of $3.5 million. However, the defense wanted the judge to address another matter with Flynn regarding his children...
