007 First Light selling 3 million in just over a week makes a lot of sense.

Bond is one of those IPs that doesn’t need explaining. The fantasy is instantly readable, style, gadgets, stealth, exotic locations, action, and espionage.

But the bigger reason is IO Interactive.

They already built the perfect foundation for a Bond game with Hitman. Social stealth, disguises, clean mission design, sandbox experimentation, and cinematic tension.

I'm looking forward to the future of the 007 franchise! IO Interactive really created something special 👏
