BREAKING: ABC News drops bombshell, reveals that “efforts to keep Donald Trump off the 2024 ballot under the 14th Amendment” are “gaining steam” as “election officials in key states are preparing legal challenges to Trump's candidacy.”

But it gets WAY worse for Donald Trump…

ABC reports that “Arizona, Michigan, and New Hampshire” are “gaining momentum” in their quest to keep insurrectionist Trump off the ballot — which would decimate Trump’s chances of winning in 2024.

Adding insult to injury for Trump, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson tells ABC News that “she and other secretaries of state from Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, New Hampshire and Maine started having conversations over a year ago about preparing for the legal challenges to Trump's candidacy.”

This news comes as legal scholars across America — from both sides of the political aisle — are calling for Trump to be banned due to Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution's 14th Amendment, which states that an elected official is not eligible to assume public office if that person "engaged in insurrection or rebellion against.”

That description fits Trump and his actions like a glove.

All between 40 and 48 Not counting one he missed but got a mulligan because of a penalty. Lost 3 games last year because of missed moderate distance attempts.

This is Corion Evans.

While he was driving in Mississippi, he saw a car swerve and crash into a river. Without hesitating, he ran out, jumped into the water, and rescued three girls inside.

He was 16 at the time.

The driver of the vehicle stated she was following her GPS and did not realize she was going into the water.

Corion Evans said he immediately ran over, took off his shoes and shirt and went into the water when he saw the car sinking and heard the three occupants shouting for help.

When Police Officer Gary Mercer responded to the scene, he attempted to bring one person to shore who began panicking and caused him to struggle under water.

Evans helped rescue him, too.

Officials presented Evans with a certificate of commendation for his heroism in rescuing the four people. They also recognized Mercer for his "bravery in the rescue."

BREAKING: Disney just completely stripped the power from Ron DeSantis’ handpicked board that was supposed to oversee Disney World’s government services.

In an amazing move of legal genius, Walt Disney Co. quietly pushed through a pact and restrictive covenants that would tie the hands of future board members for DECADES.

According to one lawyer, Disney’s move “completely circumvents the authority of (DeSantis’) board to govern.”

Disney defended the agreements and said they acted within the law.
