@curryspcworld So whats the policy with returns? Had something delivered damaged, but really don't have the room for a fridge freezer to sit in packaging for the next X number of months. Also, if your phone lines are down, can you just admit it and close them.

@AskPS_UK de-listed (Zen Pinball 2 DLC) only downloaded on PS3, now unable to download to PS4, (despite being sold as cross play), as the store items are gone. How do I get to download the content I've paid for? (not redownload, but download for the first time) @zen_studios

@AskPS_UK @zen_studios No, thats the point, I can't download them because Zen have delisted the store. I can play them on Ps3 because thats what console I owned when I purchased. Now I've got a PS4 I want to play on there, as I should be able too.

@AskPS_UK @zen_studios Its never been downloaded on ps4 - it doesn't show in either PSN store / download list on the console, or the web browser frontend.

@AskPS_UK @zen_studios The items never appeared in the DL list on my ps4, as the items weren't ever downloaded to the PS4 (only ps3) - I can redownload them on ps3, but not on PS4.

@AskPS_UK @zen_studios This is what I've just discussed with Zen - basically, I didn't own (or have access to a PS4) when the store item was available - Zen have since decided to de-list the store, meaning I can't download it to the PS4 for the first time. However, I was sold these items as crossplay
