@kangminlee He's wrong. Most people prefer to date and marry within their race. tbh, I think this talk of "fetishization" is really just 'reverse' racism trying to justify itself. People have preferences. Long as they don't demonize their own race, so what if they're interested in another?
@aelfred_D Geographical advantages which mean nothing if America decides to eat herself alive.
Can't take by force? Incite civil war inside. Even better is if one side then allows an invader in. Age-old tactic for taking a fortress there.
@kangminlee Does seem to be a decline due to the USA electing Donald Trump twice in a row. Can't really blame them, even if I hate seeing our friendship with the east asian nations burn down.
@japan_nobunaga I much prefer a direct response. Even if it stings and hurts my feelings, I'd rather the directness and to know where someone stands. I don't like saying one thing but meaning another.
@japan_nobunaga All AI, but right-hand side is Korean and middle is Japanese. By process of elimination, left-hand side is Chinese.
Might be the (AI) make-up though. Girls can look quite different depending on the makeup, after all.
@tomsappetite Apologies. Without sarcasm, I'm not always connected to news to know of these things, and yeah, there are some (not all, perhaps not even most) Americans who will be hypocritical like that.
@godspeed_aflame Thank you. It's good to see some good people speaking honesty and compassion on here, when so much of the internet is anti-social jerkishness.
Again, thank you.
@NerdiestNic Depends on the honesty of the localizer.
It can't be entirely avoided. An exact translation can end up somewhat unintelligible. Different grammar, cultural references, etc.
Sounds like modern localizers are dishonest though. Backlash is understandable.
