@SarahLarchmont Crypto is going to be the underlying base layer of the global financial system. We either lead it or not be able to participate in the global economy in 5 years. That’s the choice.
@60Minutes Wow. Your SEC guest spoke zero truthful facts. I guess 60 minutes is nothing more than a tool for the agendas of the elite. Smith Mundt repeal hard at work.
@1DogeLonian@MarioNawfal You are stupid aren't you. XRP is not a security as defined by federal courts in the US. Under US securities law XRP isn't a security. You can say it is all you want, but the LAW of the land is it is NOT a security and NEVER will be not NEVER WAS.
SEC goal, IMO, is to prevent Ripple, BG, CL from being able to sell XRP. For sake of argument say XRP replaces the entire system and is worth a lot, GOV cannot allow Ripple, et al, from having more liquid assets than US gov / GDP.

I think SEC watered down its appeal and made them late. I feel SEC was told to make appeal really weak. SEC appeal came on heels of Warren getting smoked on crypto by Deaton and we know Gensler is a Warren stooge.

@Mborolockandkey@EleanorTerrett@SECGov You buying XRP based on Ripple is exactly why the SEC case exists. Your post makes it clear you hope Ripple succeeds and that success drives XRP price. That’s a security. You bought XRP because of Ripple = Security
