@LeeJarvis10 Dewar shield has and should be 15s rugby if someone within the union who nobody knows wants an u16 competition start one can even be on the same lines as Dewar shield, losing the amount of players from the pathway isn't right at 16 but this isn't the way to fix it changing histor

Just another move to take u16s rugby away from the academy's to reduce Costs no issues losing 500 players ad they do at this age isn't right but invent a new cup. The Dewar shield was new once but is and should always be an under 15 comp
