Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro says RFK Jr. reached out to him this morning and offered federal staff to assist after two unvaccinated people in Lancaster County died from measles, Pennsylvania’s first measles deaths in 35 years and the first reported in the U.S. this year.

Shapiro said the state could handle the response through its own Department of Health, then confronted Kennedy directly:

“I was very, very blunt with him... There’s real life consequences to spreading misinformation.”

“Sharing conspiracy theories and misinformation does not help the cause of public health."

@IAmSophiaNelson We should have never been relying on the courts to stop Trump. The time to stop him was November 2024 and 23% of black men and 46% of Hispanics, per exit polling, refused to do so.
