Introducing the world’s first commercially available #3DPrinted Longboard. Made out of 100% #recycled carbon fiber abs. No grip tape needed. Hydrophobic, strong, flexible, fun.
Refined the design for the #3Dprinted#longboard with a more natural feeling deck that avoids wheel bite, and maintains flex for a smooth, fun ride. Made out of 100% #recycled carbon fiber ABS— there’s no grip tape needed, and it’s hydrophobic so you can ride rain or shine.
Vertically 3D printed v2 of our longboard in order to achieve concavity in the deck surface.
Cleaner looking layers, added strength from double bead, while still maintaining natural flex.
Made out of 100% recycled carbon fiber abs.
“Purging” is the process of running material through the extruder before starting a print. This heats the circumference of the nozzle so that the material has consistent temperature inside and out. The extruder is ready to print when the material is no longer “hairy” #3Dprinting
We upgraded our @KUKAGlobal robot with a linear rail. We can now #3dprint volumes of 20ft x 6ft x 6ft, doubling our printing volume and increasing our production efficiency. #manufacturing
