To be honest I don’t like the label “soulless” altogether, it’s a rather vague criticism that could mean many things.

If so, your opinion is completely out of date by almost a year and a half. The 2.X and 3.X story quests are night and day better than how it was back in 1.4.

Hoyo has literally admitted to using AI (including for HSRs character models). It’s funny how you seem to only focus on Kuro when it comes to AI.
