They will just jump in to answer in a thread like this one and "looks good", telling you they will contact you. They won't answer and clearly do nothing

@krakenfx Superb reply from krakenfx to look like they care, but behind the scene : nothing. As I said, during volatility, you won't be able to login or trade, maybe get liquidated, the best they will do for u is 20bucks on fees.

@krakensupport Well, either I m the only one who had this issue (volatility, platform down, liquidated, few $ in kraken fees) and it's easy to know, either we are a lot. I ve already talked to your support, I had around 20$ discount in kraken fees. How are you willing to help ?
