@TMFScottP Immigration is being blamed now for housing problems, but it is far from the truth. Rob Sobrya wrote an article how Covid split up share housing into single housing, which soaked up supply & largely caused the shortage. Plus State Gov had slowed public housing builds 10 yrs ago!!

@holz_bau Great thread Mike. How do you make the land owners for some sites do small and some sites big or with social housing. How does the commerciality work, or is it Governement sponsored or is it planning controls with some sites winning and some losing? Genuine question!
