Pauline Hanson’s Please Explain Cartoon Becoming Feature Film
Pauline Hanson has announced that her satirical Please Explain cartoon series will be turned into a 90-minute feature film, set for release on Australia Day, January 26. The animated series, which began in 2022, pokes fun at Australian politics and has previously stirred controversy, including an episode featuring Robert Irwin and Bluey. While Hanson has not revealed the storyline, she says she hopes the film reaches a worldwide audience and expressed pride in the project. https://t.co/8uZlKZc1VT
Guess EVERYONE forgot about this. Free speech is one thing. Banning a person off of social media is censorship. Removing a TV show because nobody watches it and your entire audience is mad for lying about something extremely evil is different. 🤷♀️ There are people I follow and respect who have different views and view Jimmy Kimmel’s dismissal as censorship of free speech… I disagree. People have been getting cancelled since 2016 for speaking the truth. Jimmy Kimmel lost his ABC network TV show that was already losing views because he blatantly lied about something (under ideological possession that brainwashes young people). That’s different from a comedy routine. There’s nuance here and the “cancellations” are not the same. My dad basically lost his job as a university professor for saying that the trans phenomenon was not good for people. Which was true. That’s why he was “cancelled”. This is not the same. Good riddance to people contributing to evil in the world. I don’t understand how people don’t see this. Welcome to reality. You asked for this. And voted for it and cheered when others lost their jobs for telling the truth. Now you’re losing your jobs for lying. Good. It’s about time. It has been for a decade.
