I built a trading bot that buys stocks that are:
A) Being bought by members of Congress
B) Spending lots money on lobbying
C) Recipients of government contracts.
The portfolio holdings are tracked live on my site.
It had another good year in 2025:
Two years of structured, vigorous exercise reversed about 20 years of age-related structural changes in the hearts of sedentary 50-year-olds
Under Dr. Ben Levine’s protocol, participants gradually built up to 5–6 hours/week of training, including Norwegian 4x4 intervals, endurance sessions, and strength work
By the end, the size and stiffness of their hearts resembled those of a typical 30-year-old
Vigorous exercise is powerful medicine

Close-up details of Michelangelo’s Moses, sculpted in 1514...
Michelangelo’s Moses is one of the most powerful sculptures of the Renaissance. Even in a close-up the intensity of his craftsmanship is unmistakable. The muscles in the arm swell with tension as though blood still runs beneath the marble. The hand curls around the tablets with a force that feels alive. Michelangelo carved these details from a single block of stone yet every tendon vein and fold of skin appears as if it was shaped by nature itself.
The sculpture was created for the tomb of Pope Julius II a commission that stretched on for years and caused endless frustration for the artist. Moses was meant to be one figure in a much larger monumental project. Over time the plan collapsed and budgets shifted but this statue endured as its defining centerpiece. Michelangelo wanted Moses not only to look human but to feel poised in the moment before erupting into action. The result is a figure that seems ready to rise at any second.
This close-up shows how deeply Michelangelo studied anatomy. He dissected cadavers in secret when he was young. That knowledge stayed with him for the rest of his life and it shaped the way he carved bodies that look almost too real to be stone.
According to legend Michelangelo struck the finished statue on the knee and shouted “Now speak” frustrated that the sculpture looked lifelike but remained silent.

Steve Jobs on why most companies fail at marketing:
"Marketing is about values. This is a very complicated world. It's a very noisy world. And we're not going to get a chance to get people to remember much about us."
Jobs argues that in a crowded marketplace, companies must be clear about what they stand for, not what they sell.
"The way to do that is not to talk about speeds and feeds. It's not to talk about nips and megahertz. It's not to talk about why we're better than Windows."
He points to the dairy industry as a cautionary tale:
They spent 20 years trying to convince people milk was good for them, and sales flatlined.
Then came "Got Milk"—a campaign that doesn't even talk about the product, yet sales took off.
But Jobs' best example is Nike:
"Nike sells a commodity. They sell shoes. And yet, when you think of Nike, you feel something different than a shoe company... They honor great athletes and they honor great athletics. That's who they are."
Jobs notes that even iconic brands like Apple, Nike, and Disney need constant care to stay relevant.
At the time, he believed Apple had "clearly suffered from neglect."
Anyone can publish a children’s book on Amazon & make $2000+/month from it.
The best part?
With AI, you can create the books without any artistic skills.
Here's exactly how to do it (step-by-step):
I just built an entire bubble tea brand using AI.
Logo, merch, social posts, even a storefront.
No designer. No Photoshop. Just prompts.
