I second the sentiment of the Germinator. I regard the opinions of you Both. I’m a subscriber to NorthstarBadcharsts but highly regard Gary’s work as well. Have always appreciated Gary’s forthright analysis but never pulled the trigger on being a subscriber. This isn’t politics. We can differ on timeline but agree on the ultimate result.
