@DundeeCouncil 3rd missed bin collection now over festive period plus a missed tree collection which was pre-booked. Both weeks I have spent 45 mins in line taking my rubbish to the dump 🙄 getting fed up of this now

Every year we are told of festive plans for bin collections and every year it never happens. I try and do my bit by recycling and going to dump but spent near an hour yesterday to dump 3 bags 🙄 @DundeeCouncil
