@sickoflibbullsh @RobertaFresque2 That is a great answer, thank you. I can definitely see that it can steal the spotlight if it's a giant beard. I guess it's kinda like when women grow their hair super long and other women admire that, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's the best looking.

That is crazy to me. You assume a beard of that length would collect chip?! See I think styles like Van Dykes are more men who can't grow a full beard. I don't have a long beard currently, but I have in the past, and it takes time and dedication. Gotta oil, brush, trim, not just let it go like Robin Williams in jumanji.

@gingerninj33 @Kristencaughell @Hoopss I apologize I just knew it wasn't that high, and the point is smaller independent restaurants can afford to have servers with the way we have our system step up. If the had to pay 20+ a hour for them to have a livable wage, most wouldn't be able to afford that.

@gingerninj33 @Kristencaughell @Hoopss Also in the Uk you only have roughly 19k independently owned full service restaurants... we has around 150k... it gives us the ability to have more independent owners and variety of places to go
