Y/day we had media engagement.We proposed a Truth and Recon Commission.We need a fresh start,those that have done wrong must confess,return what they have stolen,given Amnesty.Break the culture of arresting former leaders.FJY &RB had immunity removed. The other two saved by death

All the former Presidents have passed through prosecution,LPM and Sata survived probably because they died in office.ECL may pass through same,HH when he leaves office potentially ll pass the same.Lets stop this culture now

@SimumbaTrevor We have had Commissions but with different terms. This is not just a Commission but one that will save as an Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism too. We must face facts, Zambia is divided, there is tension in Zambia.We need to create a platform to discuss
