@KawasaKing_Z@acuatrom@Argenpoirot That's not how insurance works. Fault is looked at. The motorcyclist was driving by passing on the other side of the road (against oncoming traffic). It would have been virtually impossible for the driver of the car, to have foreseen someone driving the wrong way in that lane.
@saniyafatma1278 Firstly, don't park in those spots unless you're entitled to do so. Secondly, I doubt anyone called it in. Most shopping plazas have deals with tow truck drivers, and they patrol the lot and then simply tow away offending cars - no call in required.
@SarAEsQMd@HustleBitch_ Talk about comparing apples and oranges. One is a pre-orchestrated event and the other is a gaggle of professional autograph seekers who often act like they're in a mosh pit. Go away you sanctimonious troll.
@DanClarkSports Hard to say from that angle, since you can't tell when the tag is applied. Often it's dependent on what the original call was on the field. If the original call was safe, then he'd be safe. As an aside, why didn't the runner slide to the inside of the bag away from the tag?
@themightygwinn@OldRowSports You need to learn what a sucker punch is. You don't smash a drink out of someone's hand and then say you didn't expect a response. Ha...ha...ha...
@JustTjbulldog@SoulfulSangeet@Beno10_MFC Order of operations doesn't apply to a word problem, only numerical problems. With a word problem you solve it in order reading as we normally do from left to right. The correct answer is 88.
@Laoanyouhuashuo@55SweetThing The problem is that once you allow this behaviour it will only escalate from there. What if they block more than one aisle, what if they block a particular section of an aisle from both sides? The store should have had these folks removed as this occurred on private property.
@Grumdy@outdoorswi1@ClownWorld If one or more members of society start acting improperly, unless such bad behaviour is checked it will likely escalate. Unfortunately, in society we require some level of self-policing. Most get taught how to behave at home when growing up -- something this driver missed.
@Grumdy@outdoorswi1@ClownWorld You're the one who assumed the truck driver was a retiree, had some some sort of disability and had limited financial resources. Why not go down that path and assume that at some point (not necessarily when the loser parked that way), there are no other spots available. LOL.
@Grumdy@outdoorswi1@ClownWorld You're making a lot of assumptions. If we continue along that path, why not assume that because this guy takes up the last four parking spots, some other elderly person now can't find a spot, has to park a long way away, and with their struggling mobility has a heart attack. Nice
