Publisher's Marketplace announced today that Peter Jeffreys & I sold our biography, Alexandrian Sphinx. The Life of C. P. Cavafy, to Jonathan Galassi of Farrar Straus Giroux. The deal was clinched by our agent Michael Mungiello of Inkwell. 60 agents passed on this. Mike said yes.
