@RD_proff @vrbo So sorry! We had the same awful experience with @vrbo They cancelled our rental in Cabo for 16 family members on Saturday morning, we were supposed to check in the next day. Terrible customer service- no help and no solutions. We were essentially stranded in Mexico.
