@howie_hua I would do 4.5 x 2 which is calculated easily. So 9.
And I would add:
4.5 divided by 2, which is 2.25 (4.5 times 0.5 is the same as 4.5 divided by 2)
And 9 + 2.25 is 11.25. Easy peasy.
@Wisdom_HQ 1. Fill 13kg and dump in 5kg bucket. left with 8.
2. Empty 5kg bucket and fill it up again. Left with 3kg.
3. Dump the 5kg bucket and fill sith 3kg remaining.
4. Fill 13kg bucket and fill the 5kg. Since there was 3kg in it, you dump exactly 2kg. You are left with 11kg.
@GermanosPeter You have to take into account the total number of people in both countries. In Lebanon it costs less to have an impact (building hospitals, schools, etc.) and pay militant salaries, while in Iraq the impact on the total population is more limited. I
@RaniaKhalek The reason it is not invoked with other players is necessity. Had Hezbollah taken the rest of Lebanon into consideration when playing politics we wouldn’t need to have this discussion. They forced the rest to play this hand.
@RickSanchezTV Hahaha. IRGC is extremely corrupt and senior members own most businesses in Iran. IRGC rapes girls in prisons. Arguably their open source epstein class is for all members of the IRGC not just reserved for elite. I guess that’s what’s meant by politicians living like middle class
@RaniaKhalek This is in reponse to the Iranian trained Lebanese citizens doing Iranians dirty work against its fellow Lebanese and Arab brothers and sisters when they dare disagree with them.
@ronmortgageguy Start with current needs: RBC’s highlighted $1T+ in investments over next decade. One way To attract capital is to de-risk projects by co-investing. You can borrow as long as returns exceed cost. So you don’t need surplus. This also creates new streams of revenue through taxes.
@Osint613 Some additional benefits is the fact that other proxies will see that Iran is abandonning its main proxy, especially if they negotiate seperately. And it also creates additional rifts between Hezbollah and its shiaa base.
@Osint613 One key factor is the political significance of this. If you zoom out and look at the full picture( ie. Iran war) then It is a major win to remove Iran’s political hold on Lebanon through Hezbollah and untying the fate of both countries. It is a strategic blow to Iran.
