@YusufErim34 I don't think this is true. Because during the start of the Iranian campaign the americans and isrealis were pushing them to act. The Kurds didn't act not because they didn't want to, but because they feared that Turkiye would intervene to protect her regional interests.
@RealAlexJones This court jester operating from his state endorsed "jesters privilege" position only yesterday was telling the world that "islamists" were taking over. He makes hundreds of millions of dollars from the same system annually that he claims to be fighting.
@Hardmaxxxx You could watch a million of these carefully orchestrated and platformed debates, nothing in life will improve for you. Total waste of time.
@mark_slapinski Annexing Greece would be a net loss for Turkiye. Massive debts, little to no industry or productively. One of the oldest populations in Europe. If Turks had to annex somewhere it would be north iraq, hundreds of billions in oil and gas resources if not more.
@ScouTurk Probably cronyism, not so much on the part of Montella but the TFF. Montella is not just battling what happens on the pitch but also what happens off it. So far he's been exceptionally successful at it.
@GLoncharnock@MilanMazurek@agreeneyedsoul Also worth keeping in mind that many Europeans fled to Ottoman lands, even kings like the Swedish king after his country was invaded by the Russians. The Polish also went to the Ottoman empire as refugees. History isn't simply black and white, its not lord of the rings.
@GLoncharnock@MilanMazurek@agreeneyedsoul In the Crimean war Britain was allied with the Ottomans. Also when Britain was excommunicated by the pope, catholic world, it was the Ottomans who gave the British free trading rights among their empire.
@n30n5223434 If you were to speculate, instead of those Turks converting to Islam but instead became Christians, what do you think would have happened to Islam in the wider region?
@DrSalehSeyidli Turkiye protected in out of the nation about 10 million Syrians. And while the entire world turned their backs on the Syrian people it was the Turkish state that remained firm. Today Syria is free of Assad and without Turkiye that wasn't going to happen.
