Got the potential final book cover back from the my illustrator this afternoon. All views welcome. The book is about my old grey that was born and raced in Australia, illegally exported to the Canidrome in China where he raced for his life before being rescued and being brought to the UK to finally find his forever home. Book is on its final draft and should be ready for print within a month or so!

I've not posted for a while as my life changed a lot. It is with great regret that I have to inform you all that Max passed away on Thursday morning. We are heart broken. It came on out of the blue. He is at peace now, chasing rabbits in the sky. Max. May 2018 - June 2026. R.I.P

Meet Carey, one of the lucky hounds saved from Macau's Canidrome when it was forced to close in 2018. He is now safe with his adopted dad Dennis in Ontario, Canada!

Thanks to Motor City Greyhound Rescue for partnering with GREY2K USA, Anima Macau and @PetLevrieri in the successful airlift of all 532 surviving greyhounds in the most successful single international greyhound rescue ever, to date.

Carey is the namesake of Executive Director Carey Theil and we love seeing his photos.

The comments made to @markruskell are just haters. If you are pissing off the right people then you are doing something right. People these days tend to comment without researching the facts. The proposed Legislation is not just about licensed oval tracks, it could have an impact on flapper tracks (unregulated) etc. If I have read it correctly. Plus the overall UK effect. Animal welfare is a massive issue and a lot of work is needed not just with Grey's. This is a step forward not just for Scotland for for the whole of the UK.👏

Xported from Ireland to Spain for racing, breeding & hunting.
Thousands of sighthounds are killed in Spain every year. These dogs are treated as commodities.
We had to pay to get him safe. He’s now in foster,&will be up for adoption soon
