@mikepat711 Realizing how much of the driving I do is not actually enjoyable is proven by my metrics for FSD—I only manual-drive for the occasional fun stretch of road.
Did not expect this
My first Tesla Service Experience:
-Took delivery of new M3P June 13th.
-Noticed an alignment was needed and a slight rattle from rear speaker/trunk shelf.
-Scheduled appointment in the Tesla App for following week.
-Arrived and (due to fault of my own) needed to reschedule to allow them adequate time to perform all checks at once.
-Fast forward a few weeks: drop off my M3P around 9am to Tesla Buffalo Service Center and immediately felt the preparation and organization.
-Moe (shout out!) ensured each of my requests were listed correctly and informed me they planned for me to have a loaner (a beautiful Model X!) for the following 24 hours.
-ALL MY SETTINGS auto-synced from my Tesla to the Loaner Tesla 🤯
-Went to work and did so again the next day, after which my loaner Self-Drove me from work back to the Service Center.
-Located my charged and plugged-in M3P parked out back.
-Plugged in the Model X.
-Self-Drove home with an Audio System sounding even better than I thought it would—zero rattle! (I admit I may have teared up a bit.)
-Post-alignment drive has everything feeling dialed in. Porsche-level steering!
Thank you to Service Team at Tesla Buffalo! Shout out to Moe, Maria and Ian!!

I’ve just experienced my first Tesla Service appointment and was amazed at how smoothly everything ran.
They had a Model X loaner for me as they needed to keep my vehicle overnight, and I even got an hour demo drive with a cybertruck. 📐
Most surprising to me was realizing the ride/handling of my M3P is superior to the air suspension on the X or Cybertruck. I wasn’t expecting that.
Admittedly I have been more a scroller than a poster on 𝕏 but I feel this changing.
Thank you to all the incredible people I have followed on YT and 𝕏 (some for nearly 10 years) in keeping my eyes open to the amazing decision it is to choose a Tesla!

Previously, my dream performance car was a Porsche 911.
I had the pleasure of driving a 911 Targa 4S, which, to this day is one of the most planted stable and effortlessly accelerating vehicles I’ve had the privilege of driving.
I now own a M3P that feels substantially similar to that Targa—but quicker. 🤯
So far my top two favorite day-to-day amenities of my new Tesla are the beautifully cool (ventilated) White sport Seats, and the Audio System.
I consider myself an audiophile (sans the million dollar home system 💀) but my quality headphone/earphones and desktop studio monitors are my normal listening experience.
The cabin makes for such an insulated listening environment it enables the power and clarity of the speakers (all 15+ of them) to shine!

I am unsure how to express in a short post how much I thought I understood about FSD, even having driven in some friends vehicles, living with a Tesla & FSD changes you.
Driving in rush hour traffic—of course I’m going to use FSD, I thought. No brainer. But upon my M3P driving me out of the delivery center lot and home I realized—it’s equally enjoyable around town.
Keeping my eyes 👀 available to swivel and watch the environment I am traveling through—rather than the road directly in front of me—I feel safer and more connected simply while supervising my drive.
…The next time someone says “my neighbors new (non-Tesla) car has FSD, too” I’m kidnapping them for a ride because people TRULY do not understand the difference.
After several years of hard work to get to this place I bought myself a birthday present. Took delivery some weeks back and this car has changed my life for the better, even more than I anticipated.
I chose the performance trim as I genuinely enjoy driving; I am a car enthusiast at heart. That said: 1K just hit on the odometer—I have only driven ~120 of those miles myself.
WHAT IS GOING ON?! 🚀😎

@girlmeetsNG The USPS is generally the least efficient. But at the same time the best because they deliver “Rain, sleet, or snow” but still mess it up from time-to-time 🤦♂️
BREAKING 🚨 Zohran Mamdani’s VOTERS started to already turn on him “We advocated for you. You ain't getting NOTHING, get up in here and you lie to us. You lied, Zohran. Shame, Zohran”
