@HowtoADHD When my 8 year old son ferls like this, I hug him tight (he likes pressure) without saying a word, for a couple minutes. Then I quietly he is ok and ask him if he feels calm. When he can tell me yes, I ask him to tell me what happened or what is wrong. This seems ro really help.
