A couple ideas that come to mind (web version Agent mode):

1) Image > Edit: This breaks the image into segments, where you can try and select and delete the front arrow feathers segment.

2) Image > Precise Edit: Use the airbrush to select the feathers on the front of the arrow, and prompt to erase the feathers for the selection.

Then animate the corrected image start frame.

If you're not able to find the Edit settings on Mobile, you can try starting a new Agent project on the web, and drag the image onto the canvas to upload it, then work with the edit features from there.

Hi Justin, I've seen the best quality results using Imagine Agent mode, where you can write a simpler prompt and have the Imagine Agent do the work of optimizing the prompt for you. I wrote a bit about my workflow in my first X post if you want to check it out.

I always start with writing the script using Final Draft. I enjoy the writing the most. Production generally runs about 1 minute per page of a script.

Then, I use Grok Imagine Agent mode to create the character reference images for each character. I give details for each character description along with my go-to format using this prompt:

"Please create a 16:9 image. Photorealistic character reference sheet for a short film. Split vertical layout with two panels side by side on a clean light gray background. Left panel: close-up portrait. Right panel: full body shot of the same person standing naturally, full outfit visible, hands relaxed. High detail, sharp focus, cinematic studio lighting, realistic skin texture and fabric details. Character details: 30's, muscular Greek warrior Achilles from Homer's Iliad."

Next, I break the script's scenes into a shot list using Canva or pen/notepad, creating a rough outline of who/what's in the scene, shot framing, and where the characters are. Here's a good reference for different types of shots (e.g. MCU, CU, ECU, OTS)

Then, I create the scene location images. I start with Grok Imagine Agent mode to generate the scene location images from the script until I find one I'm happy with.

Next, I create each 16:9 shot image that uses the character reference image(s) along with the scene location image (multi-select them on the Agent canvas), and write a prompt for the shot that includes the shot type (e.g. MCU, OTS). If it's an OTS (Over-the-shoulder) shot, I'll specify whose shoulder the camera is looking over and who is facing the camera for their dialogue. Sometimes, I'll ask Grok to generate 5 or 10 different angle/shot variations of this shot in the scene for fun just to see what it comes up with.

Once I have the shot images I want to make into a video clips for the scene, I'll multi-select the images on the Agent canvas (the shot image and character reference images again) and write the prompt with @ references to them. The @ reference will allow you select which image(s) you have selected on the canvas. And now with the new @ character reference you can also reference a new character that includes their image and voice for consistency. A prompt like:

"Please create a 1080p video from our scene image @ shot-image-1, 6 seconds, 3 takes, no background music, no subtitles, no extra or changed words, only use my exact words.

Cut to: CU of an arrow that plunges fast directly into the HEEL of Achilles @ Achilles-character-1

Then, organize all of the keeper performances into a keepers area labeled on the canvas for organization, delete the unused ones, and download the 1080p keeper video clips. Finally, use DaVinci Resolve (free) to put all the clips together to create the scenes, and export the result.

It seems that Agent Mode projects only load the image/video assets when the tab has current visible focus. If the Agent canvas could fully load regardless of whether or not it has visible focus, it would allow users to be more productive and multi-task in other tabs/apps while waiting for it to load.
