So what does H-2200 marking you can see on Russian tanks actually mean?

It's a 5 character code, used for oversized cargo!
It goes as follows:
1- H (always)
2- lower oversize (1-6)
3- lateral oversize (1-6)
4- upper oversize (1-3)
5- vertical oversize (0, if exceeded 8)
