@LookfantasticCS Instead u’ve sent me an email which I can’t respond to saying u’ve investigates this, think I’ve placed orders before (Never used u before), I didn’t have an item missing & u can’t see damage to the other item. This is completely untrue, unhelpful & obstructive. Appalling service

@LookfantasticCS I’ve attempted ANOTHER online chat. Apparently ur not able to provide me ur complaints procedure. All u can do is pass to ur investigations team to review who contact me via an email address I can’t reply to! Ur advising my damaged parcel wasn’t from u. See sender address.
