Despues de 2 horas, asi quedaron las costillas 'Picapiedra' 🦕 aun le faltan 2 horas envueltas en aluminio. La temperatura interna que busco es de 90-92 frados centigrados.

I used an indirect technique 1st with a tray filled w/water to make vapor so they could cook, then directly on the fire for a few seconds so they had the BBQ flavor 👌😎🔥
