Run by Women & Men volunteers serving the local community for over 50 years. Has raised well in excess of £1m all of which went to support good causes.
Recently, EG & District Lions Club members, visited Kings College Hospital to see how the Club's donation is being used to support the wonderful work of LIBRA (Lions International Blood Research Appeal).
After Imberhorne School had two of its mini buses stolen, EG Lions were delighted to make a contribution towards their new mini buses. They are pleased the buses are now ready to transport students in the new year.
Past President, Sharan Billings suffered a major stroke.She spent 9 weeks in ESH. Thankfully, Sharan is now recovering. Sharan learnt that not all the equipment needed to aid stroke recovery is provided by the Trust. Sharan was delighted to present a Wii donated by the EG Lions.
Through their fundraising events and other initiatives such as the Book Shop and 200 Club, EG Lions have been able to help many people and good causes this year.

EG Lions were busy on their refreshment stall and it was great to see the children enjoying the games provided by the Scouts. Looking forward to East Court Live 3 on Sunday 3rd August already!
