Grateful for a very soothing relaxing escapade to Coney Island with Sarah! Yoga on the beach, Lobster rolls, fried clams, Margarita, random photographer wanted and kindly asked to take picture of me (a compliment?), and conversation about God. ‘Tis wonderful!

Day 29: I’m grateful for Dr. Harewood’s support of my request to the Board regarding examity awful test administration. It was a relief to get a supportive response. #hoosgrateful
Day 28: grateful for the calm moments of the ups and downs of pre-exam test anxiety. Telling myself to hold on that inner peace because...achieving self belief and confidence is the real test.
Day 25: I’m grateful for my mom. Just looking at her photo brings me calm, safety and love. Today is mom’s birthday. I love you so much and thank you for being born. #hoosgrateful
Day 24: grateful for the good luck wishes from my friends when I told them I couldn’t do the regular chat because my board exam is coming up. In this date and age, I could have gotten no response, awkward silence, ignorance. #hoosgrateful

Day 20: grateful for time. Time is one of the blessings in disguise if Covid. Staying home and getting more quiet time, time for rest can re-energize the body. Also, finished preparing for my presentation tomorrow “just in time” - thanks to time! #hoosgrateful
Also, I was so grateful for the moment I decided I would love myself as I would my sister, my parents or someone I truly love. It made it easier to click buy. I treated myself to a pricey delivered dinner. It was a bowl of salad from Sweet Green. Worth it!
