What a celebration!
It was honor to attend the University of Wisconsin-Platteville Hall of Fame induction ceremony today for so many deserving athletes. Especially meaningful was that my friend and colleague, @skump52 (Jeff Skemp), etched his name into the Hall.
His acceptance speech was fantastic; filled with stories from his playing career and leadership lessons he picked up along the way. I get the privilege of seeing him implement those experiences everyday in his work at @GroAlliance to benefit our employees, clients and contractors.
Congrats on an outstanding athletic career, an incredible family and your great work at Gro Alliance, Mr Hall of Famer!
Entering our New Color Sorter Era at our Leland, IA soybean seed facility!
Excited to make another investment to continue to deliver industry-leading seed quality for our clients. @GroAlliance
Sharing seed production knowledge, expertise and insights makes us all better.
We were honored to host a group of ag professionals from Ukraine at @GroAlliance's Cuba City facility last week. Special thank you to Iowa State University for including us on the group's whirlwind tour across the Midwest.
Also, thank you to @skump52 (Jeff Skemp), director of client operations, and Jeff Block, organic and specialty crop manager, for hosting the group at our facility.

Proud of @skump52 for sharing some words of wisdom at the youth apprenticeship banquet at Platteville High School.
We also want to recognize youth apprentice, Carson Opgenorth for his great work at our Cuba City location the past several months.
It’s a great program!
What yearbook advice still guides your business?
“Never change” sounded good in high school. In seed, it can mean falling behind. Keep the trust you’ve built, but evolve how you deliver value.

AI is upgrading seed lots right now!
Had a great time sharing our success stories in germ, vigor and purity improvement at the AEIC spring meeting in DC.
And it's only going to get better and faster. Stay tuned to find out what come next.
Winter conference season is when summer planning and contracting happens—and every conversation can impact margins and relationships. Here are some tips from Jim Schweigert at @GroAlliance
We hosted a great group from the @ucdavis seed production course at our vegetable seed improvement center in Davis.
Meck Slagle showed the group how we use advanced imaging cameras, AI and machine learning (powered by Seed-X) to improve seed lots with low germ, selfing issues, off-types and more!
Don’t throw away another low quality batch of seed without reaching out to us first. We can likely upgrade it and turn it back into a commercial lot!
As party positions shift over time, businesses tied too closely to one side risk losing influence and focus. Jim Schweigert of @GroAlliance explains why staying apolitical helps companies advocate for their priorities long term. #Insiders#Production

Global ag power is shifting. Brazil is scaling fast, China is investing heavily, and U.S. farmers feel the risk. @GroAlliance is working to strengthen resilience through demand, innovation, and smarter policy.

Thanksgiving started as a celebration of agriculture 🌽🤝 — a tradition of gratitude that still defines America’s farmers.
Our family’s farm roots date to 1904, seed since 1941. Proud to carry it on at @GroAlliance
